"I am a chocoholic.  I would eat chocolate (70% dark chocolate) throughout the day. A total of 3oz.   During my 1st week of using the iControl bands by cravings diminished significantly to maybe once a day and just eating a small piece.  The first couple of days, I was craving nuts rather than the chocolate.  I know my brain was telling me I didn't need to eat the chocolate, but my habit of eating it was still in the mindset.  I would get upset because I know that I love chocolate, but I didn't have the urge to eat it.
