While visiting the US as a teenager, the Soviet tanks rolled into her native country of Czechoslovakia and the iron curtain kept her from returning home. The stress of a new life, entering college with little English skills, and a diet of processed foods caused Ria to literally double in weight. This began a search for answers that ignited a passion for natural health and a burning desire to help others achieve it.

 

Dr. Gildays knowledge of nutrition and natural healing, coupled with her studies in immunology, her 7 years as a researcher at the renowned Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, her weekly radio talk show, and her reputation for excellence as a Naturopathic Doctor and Clinical Nutritionist has attracted a following of clients from around the world to her health center in Pennsylvania.
For the past three years Dr. Gilday has been researching and developing practical applications in energy medicine. Paul Ulrich, VP, Marketing and Sales

 

Paul is a longtime veteran of Network Marketing. Like many successful people in this industry he sought refuge from his career in Corporate America and he became a high earning distributor in his first company. His years in corporate management soon lead Networking companies to recruit him onto their Executive Team.

 

"I have had the good fortune to have spotted several trends and help companies grow into multi-million dollar giants. I remember the days when Networking Companies were innovators. Today it seems like every company is a knock off of the one before. When I saw the Advita product line I knew that innovation had returned and its name is Advita Energy. Robert Reynolds, Executive Director of Finance

 

Robert has created tremendous success for himself and the companies he has worked with. He has a strong mix of operational and financial experience in both corporate finance and traditional financial and banking industries. Robert began his career in retail banking at Western Financial Bank in San Diego, CA as a Financial Services Representative. He was promoted to Branch Manager within one year and successfully grew the deposit base by over 20% in his new position. Robert finished his banking career at First Republic Bank (a division of Merrill Lynch) overseeing 4 Private Banking branches in San Diego, Las Vegas and Newport Beach. He transitioned to Chief Financial Officer for La Jolla Club Golf Company a Golf manufacturing company based in Carlsbad, CA and after two years in that position he also assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer as well.  

 

Robert eventually negotiated the acquisition of La Jolla Club Golf Company to Dunlop Sports Group based in the UK (a division of Sports Direct International Plc). During the acquisition and after he  stayed on with Dunlop Sports for one year to help assimilate La Jolla Club Golf into the Dunlop Sports infrastructure in the United States.

 

Robert then started his own business consulting company, Blindspot Consulting which specializes in strategic planning and operational structure. He returned to Dunlop Sports as a consultant. Since the formation of his consulting company Robert has consulted for NASA Space Center, International Brand Management Limited (a division of Sports Direct International Plc) and other sports manufacturing companies.  He has extensive experience in the preparation, implementation and management of annual budgets and strategic operating plans. Experience in due diligence, company analysis and over all capital markets.
